Not for the faint of heart
I'm a producer, and so safe to say I completely get the complexity of creating an album like this.
The time and patience it requires to create an album like this is without doubt immeasurable.
BUT, I for one still require something that is timeless and containing some hint of commercial value to make it listenable in all scenarios. This is where the album falls short in my opinion...it is simply too out there to be an album I will play again and again.
So, respect where it is due. It's not genius though...genius would have me coming back for more, which I just am not.
Man is a pure genius!
Of all the places i've sen and been to in this world few are as amazing as the places that this music takes me. Truly a piece work from a man with his head in some sort of heaven.

Close to genius
Yes, I know some reviews of Mr James' Music can sound fan boyish but there really is an astonishing level of movement and depth here. As a musician myself I know how good you have to be to get even close to this. Not to everyones taste, but hey! That's music.
Genius on a staggering scale, some narrow minded people will say its just noise, but its not. RDJ's work is beautiful and complex, unlike anything you'll ever here again.
This album is a work of genius :D A compact album of 10 tracks and barely exceeding 30-minutes in length, there is absoulutely no wasted space here. Head-drilling, mind-blowing drill n' bass drums cobbled together with soft, in some cases, almost classical melodies for a truly... weird experience! Unlike most electronic albums, this album doesn't sound remotely dated, and has seemingly locked in freshness since '96. Modern art :D
