The manics have lost their touch, this is just uninspiring and bland. They should of given up 15-16 years ago as the last few albums have been terrible. Same old, same old, nothing that makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end like ETMG and TIMTTMY etc. Please just stop now.
Still Going Strong!
Good to have the boys back doing what they do best!
A different shade of blue
Really not what i was expecting when i heard of the emg comparisons, took a few listens to settle in. This isn’t the angry manics of the holy bible, as if a band should have to repeat one trick endlessly, this is a record full of beauty over venom. Another side to a band that defies a simple category, worth anyones time.
There back with a bang look out the chart

Frankly, we’re never going to get “The Holy Bible” at this stage I’m their career. But from just a few listens you can tell that their hearts were in this one 100%. They’ve lost some of their edge to a more anthemic, melodic sheen. But it’s still a fantastic album that underlines what a pleasure it’s been to grow up with this band.

Manic street preachers

It’s a decent project but it isn’t exactly what I would call a instant classic or it being remembered
When you think about some of the incredible music the Manics have produced over the years, it’s sad to see them fall back on tired and formulaic song structures, melodies and arrangements. Not for me, this facsimile of the Manics.
Back With A Bang
International blue will be bloody epic live going to see them in May, moe of the same and we will be up to the standards of SATT and EMG. Roll on the next single it's been long enough😂.
Going to be tremendous

More than a return to form, this promises to be the best to date.
